Shipwire Story | B2B
Shipwire is an e-commerce order fulfillment management platform enabling e-commerce brands to ship their products to end consumers. The platform initially supported the B2C model for small to medium-sized brands to go through the fulfillment process - and as those brands grew, they became interested in offering their products as a wholesale or B2B model to larger stores, like Target, Walmart, Costco and more. So that’s how Shipwire B2B was born.
To support our B2B customers through Shipwire was complex and inefficient, presenting an opportunity to streamline and enhance our end-to-end offerings by leveraging Service Design principles across our processes, people, and systems.
